
Randy Adams, known as The Macallan Man of the South, shows you how to properly drink a glass of Scotch. My favorite part, “This is not wine fellas, this is Scotch. So there will be no swirling, sniffing or any of that.”
As the rep for The Macallan and a guy who goes over to Scotland for the summer, this guys knows his Scotch whiskey. I met Randy at the San Antonio Cocktail Conference where he hosted a pairing of different Macallan Scotches at Biga on the Banks with some of Chef Bruce Auden’s plates.
