What-a-company: Whataburger Donates 20% of Tonight’s Sales

Y’all know I love Whataburger. The patty melt, green chile burgers and the Whataburger with cheese are the bees knees. But it is their corporate giving that puts them over the top. Tonight, September 22nd from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., all restaurants in Bexar County will donate 20% of their sales to the San Antonio Food Bank to help fight hunger.

So if you weren’t already thinking about stopping by for a Number 1 with cheese, get on out to the orange-and-white beacon of freedom to help do good in our community. And here’s some items that you may consider ordering!

Green Chile Burger

With green chiles in season, it’s hard to pass up on this burger.

One of my all time favorites—the Patty Melt was my last meal as a single man before I got hitched.

No regrets. After 8 months of hard work and missing out on the return of the Chop House Cheddar Burger, I earned this #WhataburgerPattyMelt. It was delicious. Remember to treat yourself sometimes. When South Texas was hit by a flood, Whataburger stepped up and helped provide a meal for our crew. Doing good in the community is what they do.
