With the start of the NFL season underway, hope springs eternal for all of us Dallas Cowboys fans. To mark the start of the season, Maker’s Mark Bourbon has decided to kick-off the season with Cowboys-inspired bottles of Maker’s 46 towards the end of September. Instead of being dipped in the traditional red wax, the bottles are double dipped in navy and silver.
It seems that liquor companies are realizing what automobile manufacturers knew decades ago—we Texans love it when products take a Lone Star bent (see the Absolut Texas vodka released earlier this summer). Regardless if the season is full of joy or sorrow, this Cowboys themed bourbon will come in handy.
