UPDATE 4/30/16: Congrats to the San Antonio River Foundation on winning the the people’s choice for SA Flavor’s Best Non-Profit Fiesta Medal of 2016! The McNay got second and Beethoven Kinderchor got third. Congrats to all our winners and check out the results below!
Fiesta is the party with a purpose and non-profit organizations can raise a lot of money by selling Fiesta Medals. Our favorites for 2016 include the San Antonio River Foundation medal that I picked up as a judge at Rivertini that pays tribute to the new installations on the Mission Reach. The McNay Art Museum had a brightly colored peacock that I got at a kid’s art day at the museum. And the Beethoven Kinderchor was a cute design by artist Robert Tatum. Vote for your favorite below—the polls for this category closes on 4/25/16 at 8:00 p.m.
NOTE: All medals were submitted, traded or acquired before the 2016 Fiesta Medal Contest deadline.
