We're proud to unveil SA Flavor's fifth annual food Lotería Fiesta Medal! This year we've turned our eyes towards the iconic puffy taco!!!! The puffy taco Fiesta Medal is actually puffed out to showoff this unique treasure of San Antonio (by the way, Ray's Drive Inn is my favorite in town!)!
