Local celebrity and MySA scribe Madalyn Mendoza (aka Maddy Skye) is back with her third annual medal! The Hot Girl Fiesta Medal 2021 is a riff on the meme that was spawned by one of her favorite rappers Megan Thee Stallion where woman say that they can't talk right now because they are doing hot girl *stuff*. I had fun working with Maddy on this and bringing in Fiesta elements like the SA Flavor chicken on a stick graphic, cascarónes and a flower crown, not to mention a retro-cool 90s corded phone. With Fiesta around the corner, this medal lets everyone know that you're ready for Hot Girl Fiesta (one that will be extra hot in June!).

$1 from every sale of this medal in 2021 was donated to the San Antonio Rape Crisis Center, an organization that provides care for those impacted by sexual violence through counseling, crisis intervention and prevention education.
